In any online community, a small number of people make most of the comments. They are both super-fans and super-critics, always vocal and highly engaged. They will delight you - and sometimes, annoy the heck out of you.
Consider them both the pearl and the irritant in your oyster. They are worth your patience, because they are steadily there - and because they care.
You don’t get pearls without irritation.
