More great info on web analytics

Beth Kanter’s great post on web analytics is well worth a read today. 

A highlight is this quote:

Yes, it’s messy - but vital - to know who is coming to your site and what happens when they’re there.

    I found that quote from someone on the analytics forum list via the Analytics Evangelist Avinash Kaushik - he has book coming out .  After reading his blog and articles with him, I finally began to grok analytics.  Before, I was totally confused.  I’m even excited by the topic now ...grin
