How to make the case for social media at your organization

Do you have Facebook-phobic, Twitter-resistant, social media skeptics to win over at your office?

David Murdico had a good set of recommendations for dealing with this over at MediaPost this week.

2. Integrate - by adding it to an integrated set of channels.  Manage expectations as you go, making clear social media takes time and effort.

3. ROI - make clear how your social media efforts will have an effect - and measure what they accomplish.  At the end of the day, making a plan and showing impact are the name of the game.
