Excellent advice! It will definitely take a shift in thinking to not fall back into “problem solving” mode, but this is definitely forward thinking and a great idea to try.

Focusing on weaknesses is draining & unproductive.  It’s like trying to teach a squirrel to swim.

In his book switch the point was change, and stories that inspire to grow. that why I like the idea of focus in strengh so I can continuo growing
