When you present it, would love to hear sound-cap to hear the presentation with the slides. Always hard to get too into just the slides. Unless I’m missing the sound?

very nice presentation indeed.. I feel that all organizations - Non-Profit or not should make an effort to listen to their customers by doing social media monitoring. The tool I use (works fine for my small company) is techrigy.com (no, I’m not affiliated with them and I only use the free version) - works fine and I get an idea of what ppl are saying about me, giving me a chance to act and react quickly.
The mode you know, the better. Good luck and keep up the good work.
